Fresh Manager – Location: Barnes Hill. Employment Type: Full time, Permanent. Shift Pattern: Afternoons. Hours per week: 45. Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy into action: Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, delivering great availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.
- Lead with impact: Engage and coach the team to constantly improve routine and process, creating a culture of selling with personality and getting one more item in every basket while serving customers with heart and pride.
- Results‑focused: Ensure shop floor, promotional and modular activity is landed to brief and on time, driving the store selling agenda.
