Job Description
Provide basic IT support to internal users for hardware and software issues.
Assist in monitoring IT systems and reporting any technical issues.
Support installation and configuration of computers printers and basic applications.
Help maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
Log and track support requests through the IT helpdesk system.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when required.
Assist in maintaining system updates and basic security practices.
