Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support a one-day Contract assignment in Hollywood, Florida. This role will be the first point of contact for summit attendees, helping create an organized and welcoming arrival experience in a detail-oriented event setting. The position focuses on guest check-in, badge distribution, wayfinding assistance, and responding to attendee questions throughout the day. Success in this role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and confidence using a laptop in a fast-paced environment.
