The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including managing office supplies, coordinating communications, and assisting the HR department. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle office bills (electricity, courier, rent) and ensure timely payments and filings.
- Sort and redistribute incoming documents, including memos, invoices, and couriers.
- Monitor office supply stock levels and submit requisitions to maintain adequate supplies.
- Track outgoing couriers and ensure timely handovers to courier personnel. Follow up on any delivery issues.
