Job Description: Provide personalized service to guests and promptly handle their requests to ensure a seamless stay experience. Perform cashiering duties and carefully manage the cash float. Answer incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner. Promote the property's upselling programs. Assist guests with inquiries regarding transportation, directions, restaurant reservations, and other services. Requirements: Diploma in Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 year front office/ customer service of experience in hotel industry.
