Customer Service Coordinator
Working Location: West - Tuas Crescent (Company transport provided)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Alternate Sat: 8 am - 5 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2600 + OT + Allowances + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls, assess caller needs, and route them to the appropriate contact.
- Greet and assist walk‑in visitors as the primary front‑desk contact.
- Dispatch technicians for inspections and maintenance based on urgency and location.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Keep precise service records, logs, and documentation up to date.
- Prepare and manage operational reports and service documentation.
- Minimum O Level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service role
