Front End Central Product Integration (CPIE) High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) PI Principal Engineer/Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc. Responsible for providing leadership to the global Micron network to drive leading‑edge HBM product yield, quality improvement, and new product introduction. Collaborates with teams in Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and the US, driving product maturity within defined schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership – Work with FAB to drive best‑in‑class yield ramping; develop strategic process integration tools, systems, methodologies, capabilities and roadmaps that meet business expectations.
