Oversee a department dedicated to yield engineering and process integration. Develop team capabilities, ensure strong performance, and achieve key KPIs.
Technology Industrialization & Product Launch: Guide new technologies and product introductions from qualification through mass production. Monitor daily production data, drive product yield and performance improvements (capability, reliability), and manage material assessments and deviations. Process Control Ownership: Lead operational responsibility for parametric and reliability testing, including outgoing electrical monitoring and continuous capability enhancement. Change & Deviation Governance: Serve as a central technical member of change-review and material-review boards.
