Position Summary
Front Gate Ambassadors create a positive first impression by welcoming guests, providing park information, processing admissions and parking, and supporting smooth entry into the park.
Essential Functions
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming experience.Communicate park policies, operating information, and directions.Monitor traffic flow and assist with parking operations.Validate tickets and process park entry.Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers.Follow proper cash-handling and accountability procedures.Enforce park policies in a positive and professional manner.Work across all front gate positions as needed.Work effectively in a team environment.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Qualifications
