Front of House Supervisor
Coburg Village is an upscale retirement community in Rexford, NY with a well established reputation for high quality service. We are customer service focused professionals, seeking an individual who wants to join a team and provide our residents with warm hospitality, exceptional service, and delicious food.
Position Requirements:
+ Experience leading a FoH team in multiple dining styles, including fine dining and fast casual
+ Champion the guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first hospitality
+ Hands on management/leadership style for all FoH employees
+ Training, developing, and motivating the team to deliver legendary customer service
+ Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Experience with Point of Sale systems
+ Previous banquet setup and execution, for both casual gatherings and formal events
+ Strong management skills ...
