- Own the health, performance, and availability ofproduction systems using monitoring tools and dashboard
- Proactively detect anomalies and ensure smooth dailyoperations across Front Office applications.
- Respond to, triage, and resolve production incidents withurgency and precision.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive follow‑up actionsto prevent recurrence.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders duringincident lifecycles.
- Review, validate, and execute deployments, patches, andsystem upgrades.
- Ensure changes are delivered with minimal risk and zerodisruption to production services.
- Provide L1/L2 support to Front Office users, addressingqueries related to trading workflows, investment processes, and platformbehaviour.
