Responsibilities
- Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with store policies and operating procedures.
- Train cashiers and merchandisers in job functions, providing ongoing guidance and instruction.
- Implement loss prevention standards, manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures.
- Ensure store employees present proper image in accordance with Uniform Policy.
- Answer inquiries regarding product location, rainchecks, etc., and resolve customer issues according to guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.).
- Promote the CSI Survey.
- Maintain shelves with clean and organized displays, proper rotation, and ensure product displays are set up and taken down per AFSM/FSM instructions.
