We're working with a consumer FinTech scale-up in London helping people buy their first home, refinance, and move up the property ladder. Around 200 people strong with a tech team of 20, they're entering a new phase of growth where the focus is shifting toward building standout consumer experiences alongside the financial infrastructure already in place.
They're hiring a Head of Front-End Engineering to lead and grow the front end capability across the business. You'll manage a team of 3 engineers while staying hands‑on, around 75% coding, delivery and technical leadership alongside ownership of front‑end standards, processes and team growth.
