+ 2 years of Frontier AI experience.
**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience with managing senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organizational groups.
+ Experience as an entrepreneur.
+ Experience driving successful 0 to 1 new product launches.
+ Ability to be responsive and resilient to difficult, ambiguous and sometimes changing objectives.
