At PepsiCo, we’re looking for a Frontline Manager Maintenance to join our fixed night shift. You ensure everything keeps running — and that your team feels supported and valued. Not a traditional “boss”, but a coach who works alongside the team and finds practical, sustainable solutions together.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Lead, coach and motivate a team of night‑shift technicians. Act as the key contact for technical issues during the night; ensure fast, safe and structured breakdown resolution while keeping full oversight and making clear decisions. Organise and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance to keep our production lines reliable. Work closely with Production to drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
