Position overview
We are recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel to join their NORDIC team and be responsible for managing channel contracts and channel compliance (i.e. distribution, OEMs and resellers).
How you will contribute:
You will be responsible for delivery of legal and compliance services. You will operate as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice, working on a wide range of channel related commercial and compliance matters including:
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions
