Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Complete both reactive and preventative maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve facility, equipment, and grounds-related issues. Maintain open, honest, and ongoing communication with the team & management. Demonstrate responsibility by working within established timelines. Manage tooling and equipment operation safely & responsibly, following established safety practices and procedures.Utilizing inventory to support cost-effective operations. Coordinate and provide support for contractor work (where needed).Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all aspects of the role.
