JOB TITLE: Full Time Material Manager
DEPARTMENT: Production
REPORTS TO: Production Manager
DUTIES:
+ Assist News Producers, Writers, and newscast Director with prep and coordination of content production elements for live newscasts.
+ Coordinate and communicate prep of edited video content for live newscasts. Track server playout status.
+ Track and communicate status of edited content to News producers in conjunction with reporter live-shot schedules.
+ Develop and assist standard operating procedures for video content, storage and organization.
+ Provide desktop editing support (Adobe Premiere) for News bumps and teases.
+ Track and communicate News feed schedules to writers and producers.
+ Perform quality analysis (QA) of News feed video and edited content prior to broadcast.
