**BASIC PURPOSE** : This position manages and monitors regulatory requirements for fuel and environmental credit transfers and submits or analyzes necessary reporting, as well as the coordination of staff that transfers and reconciles environmental credit transfers.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Manage and maintain RIN/environmental credit inventories via deal tracking and processing transfers
+ Monitor and process RIN sales and purchases and scheduling the movements in SolArc Right Angle (SRA) trade system
+ Reconcile SRA balances for RINs and state credits to credit accounts and resolve any discrepancies with external counterparties
+ Assist with compiling federal and state regulatory program reports and attestations for US E...
