Operations Management: Supervise the receipt, storage, order filling, loading of inventory, and/or transportation activities for a department or small satellite location. Monitor and record productivity and accuracy for the assigned area, ensuring operational goals and service levels are met. As needed, perform hands-on operational tasks such as receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and/or delivery of product. People Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence. Provide input into short-term staffing and coverage planning, including resource allocation based on volume and business needs. Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching conversations; address performance issues and recognize strong performance.
