Fulfillment Team Leader | MAF Retail | Hypermarket UAE
ROLE SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution of fulfillment operations which includes Picking, Marshalling activities. When applicable, the role holder should liaise with the store and make sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the online services in terms of freshness, quality and fulfillment of their orders.
ROLE PROFILE
- Manage daily e‑commerce fulfilment operations, including picking, packing, and handover to the last‑mile team.
- Ensure smooth coordination across operations, commercial, IT, customer service, and last‑mile delivery functions.
- Maintain dark store organization, stock adequacy, cleanliness, and proper cold‑chain and goods segregation standards.
- Guarantee on‑time dispatch, accurate delivery quantities, proper packing, and quality control to prevent damages and losses.
