FULFILMENT MANAGER (BULK): WAREHOUSE (DEPT / DIVISION) ORDER FULFILMENT (REPORTS TO) OPERATIONS MANAGER: WAREHOUSE ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Fulfilment Manager (Bulk) to own the end-to-end performance of Bulk orders within our Warehouse operation. This role is responsible for driving consolidation efficiency, planned execution, and cost control, while acting as the operational shock absorber to protect Singles fulfilment flow. You will oversee Bulk fulfilment from picking and packing through to consolidation and dispatch, ensuring work is deliberately sequenced based on SLA requirements and route flexibility. You will lead Team Leaders, build batching and consolidation capability, and ensure Bulk operations do not congest shared warehouse resources.
