About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting for a small, community-driven district organization. This individual will take full ownership of the accounting function, including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, reporting, and audit support, while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and government regulations.
This is a contract position requiring 5 days onsite (30–40 hours per week), with an initial transition period working alongside the outgoing bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and vendor disbursements
