Job Description
The Fullgoods Warehouse Head is responsible for managing the efficient, safe, and accurate storage, handling, and dispatch of fullgoods from the warehouse to customers and partner wholesaler distribution accounts. This role drives operational excellence through effective inventory control, manpower allocation, process optimization, and adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. It ensures high-quality load-out operations in compliance with GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and Halal standards, while maintaining strict accountability in handling and reconciling all backloaded returns. The position is pivotal in safeguarding product quality, optimizing warehouse space utilization, and supporting the company’s sales and distribution goals.
