Location: Bukit Batok MRT (NS2)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; 8 Off Days Per Month.

Job Responsibilities- Manage auto accounting system and system backup
- Handle full set of accounts
- Check invoices and delivery orders for accuracy
- Update and reconcile bank accounts
- Petty cash management and updates
- Cash receipt updates
- Inventory updates and aging analysis
- Review overdue accounts receivable
- Update customer delivery orders, invoices, settlements & accounting reports
- Update accounts payable invoices and payments
- Reconcile purchase advances and customer deposits
- Fixed assets registration
- Stocktake and reconciliation
- Review outstanding sales & purchase orders
- GST submission
- Prepare sales commission...
