Job Description

Full Stack Development Team Lead

Reports to the Head of Development. Lead a small group of developers while handling hands‑on architectural duties for HubSpot solutions, including websites, custom UI extensions, workflows, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable, modular, full‑stack architectures for HubSpot solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead front‑end and back‑end development using modern technologies; provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality and performance standards.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, recommend tools and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks; propose alternative solutions.
