POSITION OVERVIEW
An Administrative Executive (Accounts Receivable Sales) supports both the finance and sales functions by managing customer billing, collections, sales documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth order-to-payment processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform accounting data entry and assist in daily accounting activities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documents
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Assist in sales report compilation and reporting duties
- Answer customers’ enquiries and coordinate with sales team on account matters
- Handle filing, documentation, and general administrative duties
- Support other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
