Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the Ayurvedic Consultant to achieve the highest standards and ensure targets are met.
- Lead and train the team in maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of Pool/Spa operations and client relationships.
- Communicate effectively, deliver excellent customer care and sales technique.
- Organise and manage time effectively, be adaptable, flexible, eager to learn, and work well in a team.
