About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, season, and cook a range of food items in accordance with recipes and business requirements
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards
- Store food appropriately and maintain correct temperature control to prevent spoilage
