In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
