The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installs, repairs and/or maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, building systems and outside environment. Assists with the overall up keep of the community and grounds. Excellent opportunity for a team player that can provide maintenancesupport in a professional and confidential manner. Experience working in senior housing industry plus.
