TGH Imaging is hiring a full-time Mammography Technologist 2 for their Brandon location. This position requires a mix of technical skill and patient interaction, ensuring excellence in mammography imaging.
As a Mammography Technologist, you will implement 2D and 3D mammography procedures as guided by radiological standards. Your daily focus will be on delivering high-quality imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and document exam prescriptions
• Educate patients on imaging processes
• Optimize patient positioning and immobilization
• Set up and adjust imaging equipment operations
• Review digital images for diagnostic clarity
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Valid Florida State License (CRT) and ARRT registration
