As a full-time Property Accountant, you will focus on core financial responsibilities within the real estate sector, including payroll processing, financial reporting, and monthly closures. Candidates should have a strong background in operational accounting, showing analytical and organized thinking along with a proactive nature to support financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete payroll and manage monthly financial closings
• Create journal entries and maintain financial statements
• Review financials related to leases and budgeting
• Oversee A/R and A/P processes, including reconciliations
• Prepare audit packages and communicate with auditors
Requirements:
• Experience in property or real estate accounting
