Role Overview
As a Retail Assistant, your key focus is to ensure each customer has a great experience in store. From the moment the customer walks in, you will provide guidance around our products, help them find what they need, upsell where appropriate and process the sale at the till.
Duties
- Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety and that of your teammates and customers.
- Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
- Use strong customer‑service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
- Process stock, receive, dispatch and store items.
