Nursing Supervisor
Provide professional, loving, compassionate nursing care to residents in our 60-bed skilled nursing facility. Mentor and lead the team in a supportive way that inspires them to give their very best.
8 hour Days shifts- Flexible Schedules
Duties/Responsibilities
- Review Medicare charts for appropriate documentation on every shift.
- Function as Charge Nurse and/or Medication Nurse as needed.
- Counsel team members with complaints or grievances and identify interventions.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in the creation of and compliance with the approved departmental budget.
- Collaborate with Security for the Smith Care Center fire drills. Complete necessary form and make two copies; copies go to the Life Safety Officer and the original will go to the Sr. VP of Health Services.
