Deliver Instruction: Implement lesson plans, ensuring continuity in student learning. Adapt lessons as needed to meet the diverse needs of students. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment. Address student behavior, encourage participation, and foster a safe, inclusive atmosphere. Access Student Progress: Monitor and document student performance through informal assessments and observations. Provide feedback to students and collaborate with the regular teacher on student development. Communicate with Parents and Staff: Maintain communication with the school staff and, when appropriate, with parents about student progress, behavior, or any concerns that may arise.
