Job Description
Area of Responsibilities
- Must have good knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain, Process Manufacturing and Financials Module.
- Provide day to day functional support of Oracle EBS Modules to end users.
- Can raise Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and follow up through resolution.
- Monthly Period Opening and Closing Tasks.
- Can coordinate with the Technical Team for report development and modification.
- Can conduct User Acceptance Training (UAT) sessions.
- Skilled in preparing functional documentation, UAT documents and end-user training manuals.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Possesses effective communication and presentation skills.
- Qualification Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance
