Job Description
Manage overall Return to shipper / seller process.
Ensure that all RTS parcels are dispatched according to the given SOP and KPIs.
Collaborate with the claims to manage past due items and ensure minimal claims on RTS.
Work closely with SOC Ops team, Middle Mile, and Fleet Management on timely dispatch of parcels.
Participate in the development and implementation process strategies and tactical execution.
Assess manpower needs and work will support team for proper allocation.
Provide guidance to RTS/Claims team, evaluate team’s performance and provide necessary trainings to continuous growth.
