About the role:
A specialist secondary provision in Spalding supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The school focuses on delivering the core curriculum alongside Functional Skills and independent life skills, helping learners develop confidence, resilience and practical knowledge for adulthood. This full‑time role is to begin as soon as possible, continuing through to the next academic year, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and adapt Functional Skills lessons (English and/or Maths) to meet a wide range of SEMH needs, ensuring learning is accessible, engaging and appropriately scaffolded.
- Work closely with support and teaching staff to break learning into manageable steps, reinforce key concepts and create achievable, personalised learning goals.
