- Conducting fund administration operation across multiple jurisdictions, including Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Managing fund administration activities such as investor due diligence, transaction processing, capital call, fund valuation, fund distribution, and other related activities.
- Maintaining shareholder register and investor files.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on fundraising, investments, finance, as well as external regulators for fund reporting.
- Coordinating with regulators to ensure strict compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Legal.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
