Fund Formation Associate
Location: Slough, Berkshire, UK, SL1 1
We're instructed on several Fund Formation opportunities with leading international law firms in London. You'll advise leading fund sponsors on the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds across a range of asset classes, working on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters alongside highly regarded partners.
Requirements
- 1-5 PQE or 6-9 PQE gained at a leading UK, US, or international law firm.
- Experience advising on the formation of private investment funds, including private equity, credit, infrastructure, or real estate funds.
- Strong technical, drafting, and analytical skills.
- A commercial approach with excellent client management and communication skills.
- England & Wales qualified (or equivalent qualification with relevant funds experience).
