Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Trades or Fund Accounting
- Minimum 4 years as a People Manager
- Strong operational expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, and Trade Support
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate managers
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and global operations
- Experience working in a high-volume, regulated environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end market trade lifecycle with focus on ETD and broker reconciliation
- Oversee daily trades workflow, controls, reconciliations, settlements, and breaks
