Fund Operation Manager (VP)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • LP Onboarding
    Manage the full onboarding process for Limited Partners, ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Portfolio Company Onboarding
    Coordinate the onboarding of new portfolio companies and ensure all required documentation, KYC, and operational setup are completed.
  • Investor Relations (IR)
    Lead LP communication and support, including regular reporting, updates, and responding to investor inquiries.
  • Review of Legal Agreements
    Conduct initial reviews of fund-related agreements, investment contracts, and other legal documents in collaboration with external counsel.
  • KYC / AML & SOF/SOW Verification
    Perform KYC/AML checks and verify Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs, external vendors, and new investees.
