As Fund Operation Manager (VP), you will manage all operational aspects of the fund lifecycle — from LP onboarding and investor relations to regulatory compliance and fund accounting.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full onboarding process for Limited Partners, ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with MAS regulations- Coordinate portfolio company onboarding including KYC, AML, and operational setup- Lead LP communication, regular reporting, and investor inquiries- Conduct initial reviews of fund-related legal agreements and investment contracts- Perform KYC/AML checks and verify Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs and new investees- Track portfolio performance, financial updates, and key operational metrics- Prepare, execute, and communicate capital calls and distributions to LPs- Support due dilige...
