Fund Operations Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Fund Operations to drive the operational execution and administration of our private equity funds. This role is the primary owner of the fund's lifecycle, responsible for ensuring proper corporate governance, seamless capital movements, managing external service providers, and providing high-touch support for investment closings and investor relations.

Responsibilities

Fund Administration & Investor Operations

. Coordination with service providers for setting up entities and overseeing that all corporate actions are in place for these entities in terms of any regulatory filings at inception and over the lifecycle of the entities

. Capital Call & Distribution Execution: Manage the end-to-end workflow for capital calls and distributions, including the issuance of notices to Limited Partners (LPs) and tracking incoming/outgoingfunds
