About the team:
Fund Operations is a global team of 30 people, broadly split into 5 sub-teams, with a shared responsibility for the oversight and facilitation of transfer agent activities and supporting clients who invest in their Fund Ranges.
The Fund Operations team supports the business by facilitating flows into and out of the funds. Fund Operations owns the relationship with our Transfer Agent and is responsible for the oversight of their processes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate these into high level specifications and design
- Play a key role in the project delivery team, supporting the implementation of key change initiatives across our clients Africa Unit Trust fund ranges, spanning product, strategic, regulatory, digital and operational efficiency–driven change
