Four years after implementing Salesforce as the CRM platform for UNICEF’s fundraising team, the organization seeks a Salesforce Associate to steer the optimization of the platform, strengthen integration processes, and support strategic donor initiatives.

- CRM Integrations and Data Flows
- Coordinate, monitor, and validate API integrations between Salesforce and external stakeholders.
- Support the definition of integration requirements, data structures, and business rules.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Document end‑to‑end data flows, APIs, and integration processes aligned with UNICEF standards.
