Job Summary
The role is responsible for delivering excellence in fund services client relationship management within the fund administration division. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fund administration services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of fund administration clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess fund administration needs, regulatory requirements, and reporting preferences
- Provide expert guidance on fund administration services and best practices to clients
- Interpret financial data and respond to queries from investment managers or investors regarding financial statements, portfolio investments, fee calculations, and NAV per share
- Support sales teams by attending client meetings and providing technical expertise
