ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW- Engagement type: Consulting engagement — independent contractor
- Commitment: 3 days per week
- Duration: 6 months from commencement, with option to extend
- Location: Remote, with periodic travel to Singapore for key milestones
- Reports to: Chief Investment Officer
