We are a fast growing fintech company seeking an experienced Funding Officer to join our Dubai team, onsite.
Responsibilities- Process client funding transactions with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts regularly, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Provide assistance to clients regarding funding inquiries, offering guidance on available payment options, and addressing any concerns or questions related to their accounts.
